Theo Zervas is the principal of the firm. Theo was admitted to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1993. He commenced practicing in a largely successful city firm, and established his own practice, Stonnington & Zervas, in 1994.

Theo has considerable experience in property and commercial law, particular in relation to contract negotiations, court representation, dispute resolution and risk management, as well as all related areas of property development and syndication. Theo is also a member of the Commercial & Property Law sections of the Law Institute of Victoria.

BETTY P. ZERVAS

Betty Zervas is a solicitor of the firm.

Betty is particularly interested in Family Law and Wills & Probate, and is currently a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria. Whilst studying, Betty volunteered at the Dandenong Family Court, dealing with a large number of family law cases each week. Betty was also employed at Stonnington & Zervas as a law clerk throughout her studies, and so is very familiar with the legal practice.

JENNY ZERVAS

Jenny Zervas is the practice manager.

Jenny attends to all property settlements. She has a background of property management, and extensive experience in the fields of conveyancing and debt recovery. Jenny has been with the firm since 1996.
